While at CBRE, it was my responsibility to create a new look and feel for each high end investment property listed by my team of brokers.

1515 Wynkoop presented itself as a unique opportunity to market a beautiful, historic building that was filled with character. I focused on mixing in these one-of-a-kind features with a few standard brand elements so that the piece balanced the visual identity of CBRE while highlighting how special the property was. 1515 Wynkoop sold in mere months for $170M as one of the largest commercial real estate sales in the western U.S. in 2011.

I worked with a local photographer in order to have custom, dynamic building photography to help sell the property before potential investors even reached the property. Campaign included client proposal, brochure, offering memorandum, custom vector building stack and site plan, landing page, and emails.
